Message	Simple business of overhead. I don't understand why this is so hard for some people to grasp.. a LOT of companies work their sales this way. If you are phoning in an order, then you are just another Joe calling in to get a part. If you mention the web price (which is like 20% off), then they will probably honor it over the phone... I too do not understand this rant. Later When was the last time you *really* did something with your Z to call yourself a Z enthusiast? Member #1 PETZ
